I am trying to change:
1) The footer font colour, and
2) The font colour for the bottom part of the footer.
Attaching an image of the problem.
Does anyone know where and how I can modify the CSS to do this?

Hi,
You should be able to access it via the Headers & Footers menu option within the Service Portal application. Then, search for Employee Center Footer, and then the CSS and such is there.
Please consider marking my reply as Helpful and/or Accept Solution, if applicable. Thanks!
