How can I add a new ticket type to "My Requests" and "My Items"

I need to add Feedback tickets to those two areas.  How do I do it?

You can add to the "My Request Filters"

To update "My Requests", @Mike_R is correct. Update the Service Catalog > My Request Filter

To update "My Items", you can go to Employee Center > Activity Configurations
