How can I update the annotation background color in ESC

To all the Guru's out there.  I'm trying to find out where I can update a CSS file that will change the annotations (help background) for catalog items that are displayed in employee center.  
I'm not having any luck finding where to update so it's not this blue color

Does anyone know how to do this?

Found it, it was actually on the ESC Service Portal.  On our system it was being carried by the $body-gb css variable.  I updated it and the boxes changed to the correct color we needed.
