How to add a survey counter next to "My Surveys" menu item in Employee Center?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on customizing the Employee Center portal and I would like to add a dynamic counter next to the "My Surveys" menu item, similar to the red badge shown on the Cart icon (see screenshot below).
