How to change a label in catalog item from Request to Incident?

Hi,

We have a catalog item that is an incident record producer, but in the employee center appears with the label request. How can I change it?

Hello @ravelino 

 

In the Employee Center portal, the default behavior for record producers is to display them under the 'Request' even if they are creating incidents or other records. If you want to change that label, you will need to customize the widget in the Employee Center.
