I was curious to know how we can change the font type of employee center portal.

Hi check the attached image. You can define under CSS variables. go to portal open your ESC theme

Navigate to Service Portal > Themes:

Look for "EC Theme"

In the EC theme , under CSS Variables , look for font-family, as highlighted below, there you can enter/replace the font type:
