I would like to create a bell icon notification in employee center based on below criteria and how do I do that?
1. this bell icon notification is only showing the caller of the incident
2. this bell icon notification is only showing the opened of the service catalog.

Thank you for the update basically we starting to evaluate employee center and this is new to me and need guidance on these matters.
