With recent changes to Now learning, the path to download a certificate has changed in Servicenow University.
Below is a step by step process to download a certificate:
1. Login into https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp
2. Click on My University account dropdown in top banner and then click on Servicenow resume
3. Scroll down to see All credentials section
4. You will see the complete list of certifications you have completed. Click on 3 dots that are available beside each certification and click download button to save your certificate.
