Hi @Sanket Pawar

You need to enable this feature.

You can follow this step:

Service portal configuration>>click Designer>>Select the portal where you want to enable recent searches

Click on search bar widget.

In the widget instance options, set "Enable Recent Searches" option to True.

Save.

Also, If you are not seeing this option, then you need to upgrade the instance because it is not available to certain versions of servicenow.

Kindly mark Helpful/Solution.

Hi @Sanket Pawar

  1. Confirm on your service portal record that the AI Search's "Search Application" is populated
  2. Open the Search Application record and then navigate to the "Search Profile" record

  3. Confirm you have Search Sources selected and more specifically, one related to catalogs

  4. Open the actual Search Source record, and as admin, you should see if any records match the conditions defined.  You can select the preview to confirm your catalog item shows up there.

  5. Confirm the Catalog Item table is indexed (Navigate to AI Search > Indexed Sources)
