Obviously knowledge articles can be marked as favorites and if so they are listed correctly in "My Favorites" in the Employee Center.
However, on the knowledge article itself the "Heart" for marking / unmarking is missing and I could not figure out what is missing.
I found a lot of customizing hints, but that should be an OOTB-configuration feature... or am I wrong on this?
I already checked the "Favorite Content Configuration", but is active and seems OK as well.
Any hint is appreciated.
