How to hide child cases(unassigned group tasks) for opened_for under todos in portal

Hello Everyone,

We need to hide group child cases/tasks/Requests that are attached to the main HR case (sn_hr_le_case). These HR case is related to onboarding and include HR tasks assigned to new hires and hiring managers (Opened_for).

However, some of these cases are handled exclusively by internal groups (group tasks) and assigned_to is empty for these cases, with no action required from the Opened_for user. Therefore, we need to hide such cases from being displayed on portal.

If anyone has suggestions or a solution for this, please share your insights. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Open record and under related list see 'To-dos config filter conditions' and make changes there. give a try
