How to integrate Serviceow and AD for creartion of user using catalog form

You can configure a Flow Designer for that request which will call the Create User action of your AD Spoke in IntegrationHub.

can you tell me whether can I perform this in my PDI for free, @Mahathi @Omkar Mone 

cause I am not able to see that particular Plugin in my PDI

If yes what plugins are required from the scratch.

For creation of user action what is this document wants to tell about SAM account and UPIN can you explain

Because my requirement is simply to create the user in AD from servicenow.

You can go and activate plugin on developer site (IntegrationHub - Professional Pack).

I tried but it is not available both "Microsoft AD spoke" and "IntegrationHub - Professional Pack"

I think it is only available in store , so you might have to download it in a customer's development/test instances.
