Is it possible to make a Knowledge Article convertible and downloadable into a PDF or Word document?
The vision is that there is a button that the user can click from the Knowledge article and the can choose to download it into a PDF file or a Word version.
If that is not possible from Employee Center, is it possible from the backend for Knowledge Managers in ServiceNow?
