Image Size for Employee Center Rich Content Images

What are the recommendations/suggestions for sizing the rich content images on employee center? We need the images to remain consistently sized. We are delegating content managers and need to provide guidelines. I've reviewed the SN documentation but did not locate the sizing guidelines.

There is no documentation with recommendation on the sizes unfortunately, as it depends on the requirement itself as what and how you want to show your content on employee center.
