In employee center portal we have "My active items" widget. we want to replace "My request" button to "My ticket" .And if we click on "MY ticket " button the all RITm of login user should get display .

Hi Mark,
I have inactivated the request in the Employee Center > Activity Configuration
it is not vissible now in "My active items" widgets.but the next part is how to show "My Ticket" in place of "My request".Could you help to configure My ticket which contain Login user RITMs ?

Hi MARK,
how we can show the count of ticket in "my active item" widget example if the login user doesn't have any ticket then it should show zero otherwise the the total count of ticket and when we click on the count then it should go to the list of tickets.
help me what i should add in "summary view script" and "list view script".

Is there a reason you don't use the existing Requests configuration and just relabel it to "Tickets", if that is what your organization is used to? Requests will show any task type that you've opened or been opened on your behalf, so you don't have to look in multiple places to see an Incident, Requested Item, HR Case, etc. The consolidated view of all tasks is a better user experience.
