I want to insert (display) an external link in the header part of escPortal
① Insert a link in the header at the top of the screen
I made settings in Employee Center> Activity Configuration, but they are not displayed. Do you know the cause of this?
② Add an external link to Taxonomy
Insert an external link from Employee Center> Administration> Portal Configuration, but the screen does not change even if you click it.
If you know anything, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Hi kuroiwa,
1. For inserting a link in the header at the top of the screen, navigate to Portals and open Employee Center portal from the list of portals open the Main menu record
Under Main menu --> menu items related list open "More"
Under More add the new Menu Item . Eg : "My Assets" as show below .
Navigate to ESC and see the new menu available in the top menu section .
Adding more than one menu item under More will change the menu as "More" with drop down of menu items as shown below
2.Add an external link to Taxonomy , as of today we can not add a external url as taxonomy menu , But when when you add a parent menu item under main menu of portal its gets displayed along with taxonomy menu.
Thanks,
Nishant K

Hi!
You could also create a Quick Link (Context Taxonomy -> Quick Links) with the external link you want, and then add it via the Connected Content Tab in the taxonomy topic.
Hope that helps!
