As far as I am aware there is no way to do this in a PDI, At the very least in order to set this up you need to be Teams Admin, which is something I believe only available with the Work or School Product.
As for Email in PDI, you have the "Outbox" but that the limit, you cant send out email from a PDI anymore.
I know its not the answer you would like, who knows maybe it will change in the future or they will release a now-learning sandbox to practice with, that would be cool.
