Has anyone had any luck with finding someone who is both a ServiceNow Developer & a great ServiceNow UX Designer? Thanks.

@BeWhy It is very rare to find a person who is very good in user experience and at the same time a good developer.
A developer starts to envision a solution technically the moment the hear the requirement, whereas a UX designer starts to think about the prototypes of the design and user experience the moment they know the requirements.
Since these are two different personas and their job descriptions are poles apart, it is quite natural for this combination to be rare. I can only imagine a person having both the skill sets having constant battles between the technical and the design perspectives.

Hello, I am a UX designer who is transitioning to SN developer. I am still wondering about how can I combine these two different career paths. Is ServiceNow developer with UX design experience is on demand?
Any advices and ideas would be appreciated.

@Akhyerkye I am not sure about the demand but this is going to be a unique combination for sure. On ServiceNow, Service Portal is one of the areas where your experience as a UX designer would come in handy. Since you will be playing a role of a developer too, you will be able to implement best of both worlds (UX+Angular) and your customers will certainly appreciate you for the value you are going to add in both of these areas.
