Is there a Service Catalog item out of the box to request business, application or technical service

Hello,

We would like an easier way to create services.  The request process today is via email or general request from the service catalog.  We are considering developing a catalog request for Service Owners to submit when there are new business, technical and application services being introduced and ci needs to be created.  is there an existing service catalog item out of the box offered? Hi @sue_mandella ,

Don't think we have one OOB even if exist it would still need some tweak in terms of questions on the form or the workflow you would like have.

Create a item(configure it in the appropriate category, variables ,routing, workflow and SLA's), leverage catalog builder to create item in a very easy way (can use step based fulfillment as well if required for approvals and tasks)
