Is there a way to remove people from Employee Center Pro search results page?

Would anyone know if there is a way to remove people from the AI search result page?

We don't include people in AI Search so would like to remove this from the search result page.

@abrahams Please use the following steps to remove People from the AI search.

1. Navigate to Search Profiles under AI Search Module

2. Select ESC Portal Default Search Profile

3. Go to the related list of ESC Portal Default Search Profile. Select ESC Portal People, Use Unlink selected.

4. The people tab will no longer appear during search on ESC. Also, users can't be searched using the search bar.

Those are the steps we took to stop AI search from showing people in search however, people item still show as an option on the AI Search result page.

Try cache.do on your instance. I followed the exact same steps and people tab no longer appears for me on the ESC on the search result page.

I've tried that.  The change to remove people was done 6/20/2023.  We've had many upgrades and cache clearing since then.  I did it again just in case and no change.  People tab is still there.
