KB articles are visible on Employee Center Portal but it does not show when search by article number

Hi all,
The kb articles are syncing in the portal but when I search by article number, it doesn't show.

Can you tell if you are using AI Search or zing search?
If you are using AI Search, then do the following
1)I guess you must be using: Service Portal Default Search Profile ai search profile.
2) Go to the following indexed source and click indexed all, it will fetch all the kb articles.

Hi @Twinkle S,
I am using AI search, also followed your steps. But still the issue exists. There is no issue in global search.
But when I click on expand your search Ui action, it redirects me to the article.
