Knowledge Article To-Dos Improvements in Employee Center

Good Afternoon,

Currently when attempting to view Knowledge article approvals in Employee Center, users are seeing the following.

My understanding is that there is no OOB offering and that this must be created in "To-do Configurations" through the 'details' and 'task configuration' related lists for approvals. Please see the below recently updated article from ServiceNow.

I have created the below Task Configuration and then tried with the below To-do Configuration detail on the approval table as I understand the knowledge list does not extend the task table and thus does not have a source. However, I am still unsure how the title for 'Approving' can be added to the left hand pane and how the Knowledge title 'short description' can be added. Has anyone been able to achieve functionality?

I did find 'Summary of Item being approved' on the approval records. If we could just pull this in that would be great, but I was not seeing a way to do this.

I am having the same issue and have not been able to resolve it. Have you figured it out yet? I believe changes are coming to Knowledge in Zurich so maybe they will resolve then?
