Layout is not constant it is changing while browser page is resize

Hello,

The icons layout in the Popular topics are changing when we resize the browser page but in PDI the layout is constant even if we resize the browser page.

@zeerodger27 Has there been any changes to CSS,bootstrap or the widgets sizing parameters in your instance? 

Remember that the ESC is using these to provide the best user experience and visual layout across multiple device types and sizes, and also to provide for accessibility.

I haven't changed any css, bootstrap or widget sizing. if someone did how can we troubleshoot them?

can you please help me to fix this issue?
