Mapping reference variable to system variable

Hi,

I have a catalog item with variable User Id and i added this variable into the sc_request table as a reference field.

Now I have to map my variable u_user_id to the user_name field present in sys_user table

How do I assign this through script in workflow. Any help is provided.

Hi @Ramya SL  , 

Question is not clear..Are you trying to create new user using  catalog item.. or are you trying to update the sys_user record.

Please elaborate the requirement
