Missing content in Quick links widget

Hello Community,

I have an issue after I moved my ESC to PROD -> the content of the Quick links widget, namely one quick link 'Link to IAM' has disappeared. The record itself does exist on PROD, I just don't understand, why it doesn't show in the widget itself?

Does anyone have an idea/advice, please?

@Linda6 Have you confirmed that the Quick Link itself moved up to PROD, and that the widget options has the quick link selected?

I've noticed quick links don't always capture properly in Update Sets, so sometimes you need to force to set, or just manually recreate in PROD. 

So

1) Check the Quick Link exists in PROD

2) Check your widget options, that the quick link is selected

So if you open your ESC and then CTRL+Right Click over the Quick Link widget a new context menu pops.

From there click Instance Options, and you can then see if the quicklinks are in place
