Missing "Order Now" Button in "Submit Catalog item" type HR Task

Hello Community!

 

In my project instance, I created a Lifecycle Event, which includes an HR task of type "Submit Catalog Item" assigned to the manager of the subject person.

However, when I open the task under the "My Tasks" menu, the "Order Now" button is missing.

I also opened the catalog item separately, and the "Order Now" button is visible there.

I tested this on my PDI instance, and the button is visible there (please see the attached screenshot). Unfortunately, the button is not showing up in the project instance. 

Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Unique45,
If the Manager has the snc_read_only role, try removing it from the user profile.
