How to deep link a tab on the Standard Ticket Configuration Widget

Hi there, 

we have the requirements to create a deep link to a request after it has been worked on by the agent and a notification is triggered. That notification should contain a link going to the Employee Center Portal My Requests view of the case and ideally directly to the "Attachment" tab (e.g. /esc?id=hrm_ticket_page&table=sn_hr_core_case_payroll&sys_id=f5cf4d431b0df9103f59859c7b4bcb13) 

 

The functional background is e.g. an HR request for an employee letter which is then produced by an agent. The user should get the notification and directly access the "Attachment" tab for an easy download. 

 

In the end it only saves "one-click" but we have a couple of confused users reporting on the behavior (going to the first tab) so I thought asking around here if there is a way (e.g. via URL parameter, like in the spirit of ?tab=5 or ?tab=attachment) to directly load the next tab.

PS: Moving the order of the tabs around is NOT an option as we have other cases where it is important that the additional details are shown first. Basically we already used that "option" to fix other HR Services.

 

PPS: We are looking for a solution without customizing the widget as we have a strict OOTB policy
