Multi row variable set is not allowing to submit the form on SSP

On one catalog we are having one multi roe variable set, its not allowing to submit the form. 

Any suggestions`.

are you sure there is no validation running on form submission?

What debugging have you done so far?

A test catalog having only this multi row variable set. the form is not able to submit on SSP. 

No any other validations on this variable.

Please share more information. Is it showing any errors or whats happening when you submit?

How do you tell this is because of multi-row variable set

Its just one variable on multirow variable set, trying to submit but nothing happening no errors at all.
