Is it possible to show multiple catalog items based on keyword inputs from questionnaire for guided self service playbook.
Requirement : based on input keywords show multiple catalog items and knowledge article and else create incident.

As per your requirement i have created one playbook which will triggered after record(sc_cat_item) is updated , you can change triggering condition .
