Multiple catalog item for guided self service in playbook

Is it possible to show multiple catalog items based on keyword inputs from questionnaire for guided self service playbook.

 

Requirement : based on input keywords show multiple catalog items and knowledge article and else create incident.

From guided self service user input keywords based on that all related catalog items should be visible

As per your requirement i have created one playbook which will triggered after record(sc_cat_item)  is updated  , you can change triggering condition .

  • This give list of catalog item but i cant raise request from there.

i want multiple catalog item to be visible to raise request instead of only one
