My Active Items/My Items Widget in Employee center portal count issue

Hey Developers, Encountered an issue with the 'My Active Item/My Item' widget. For users other than Admin, the count displays as 0 for tasks, even though clicking on tasks shows the correct list. Any insights or assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did you ever find a solution to this? We are facing same problem with our RITM approvals.

The approvals show up correctly in "tasks" but the counter is shown as 0.
