Dear Experts,
We have a requirement in which there is a need to collect some documents from the new hire, who has been offered a job, before his joining date. We receive his User and HR profile from Workday when his hire is confirmed. The idea is to create a catalog item and send the link over to the new hire so that he/she can attach the documents.
Our initial thought process is
1. Add role snc_external to such users
2. Send a link of the catalog item over an email
3. Make sure, other catalog items are not available for snc_external
