I have been updating the taxonomiy for the esc portal.  All I have touched was the footer information and removing a quick link.  Everything worked and now suddenly it doesnt and no one seems to know why.  When I try to go to the portal the navigation has gone missing and I am presented with these errors

No one know what happened or how to fix this so it falls on me and I am not even sure what to do here.

Interesting turn of events.  ServiceNow created a  quick link while I was editing a quick link (password reset),  When I saved the quick link I was editing I was taken to a page where a new quick link was being created.  I simply closed the tab because I didnt need that and didnt even know why that opened as I never clicked it.  What I didnt know was when I closed the tab it somehow created that link and had every field as "empty", even the mandatory fields.  Didnt see it until logged out and back in due to trying to update the instance.  Shenanigans I tells ya!  The gremlin of a quick link was deleted and voila the portal is fixed!

Can you check the script include thats there in the error? Search the script include by the sys_id in the error and check line 146. See if there are any change made to that script recently or if there is an issue in the script.

no changes made to the script or anything the errors reference.  They havent been touched since before November.  We also looked into RCA but nothing in there is not allowed.  The script itself has no error and hasnt even been touched

Based on the error, all I can guess is, an object or variable is used, which has no value or may be not defined. Are you checking array length or something?
