Need to hide HR task based on specific hr task type

Hi Sandeep

i have a requirement to hide HR TASKS on portal with specific HR task type

i followed below pasted community post to resolve this issue, everything is same but it didnot gave the results

only difference i observed was- applies to field going to esc, but we are not using this "esc" as we are using "ec "(Attaching screenshot)

so how to change this applies to field,if this is the issue here

The field is set with a default value of '0' and ESC is 0.

@sri vijaya Can you try changing Applies to and select your EC portal in it.

my requirement of hiding HR tasks based on HR task type is to apply this functionality directly on HR tasks in HR case page as shown in below picture, not on the My tasks page

is the above to-do configuration applies for HR case details page as well?

@sri vijaya You can filter these tasks using Todos Filter Configuration. Please refer to https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-center/t... to know more about this feature. Todos configuration applies on My Todos as well as HR Case Detail page.
