New Hire Onboarding

Hi,

I'm trying to learn New Hire Onboarding for a company using ServiceNow. I could not able to find a way to start this new hire onboarding like how, where and what steps should be followed to build New Hire Onboarding? and what plugins should be installed to start this new hire onboarding?

Can anyone help me in this process?
