Newbie at SNOW tool

HI Team,

I've just logged into the the SNOW tool for the very first time and would like to understand how do i go about making my career in SNOW and the way ahead.

Btw: Your first step should be to stop using "SNOW" as an abbreviation for ServiceNow. You will not get many friends if you continue on this.

You will get some understanding of the basics. Afterwards you can enhance you knowledge according to your preferences
