As per the Employee Center Academy: Mobile Configurations video, Now Mobile quick links are needed to be configured separately. However I don't see any documentation on how to create those. Can someone point me to the right direction?

Go into mobile app builder, select employee center application -> mobile app configs -> now mobile -> home page launcher screen. Scroll to quick links icon section and choose which ones you want to display or create a new one. they are stored here: icon section destination function record (sys_sg_navigation_section_desination_button).
