On Hold state

Hi All,

 

On Hold reasons not showing if state selected On hold in incident.

 

Please suggest

Hi,

I did not find any UI policy for on hold reasons. Before it's works for me but now On hold reasons not display if state is on hold in incident.

in that case, you will have to create the UI policy on incident table

then create the underlying UI policy action

Once this is in place, you will be able to see the on hold reason when you select the state and on hold.

Hi @ashok17 ,

 

There should be an OOTB UI policy for the on hold reason field to appear when state is on hold.

 

Please check by adding ur instance name in the below link
