Daily job run between workday and Servicenow , report get pull and land in new hire profile staging table and from those records lifecycle event case are created . Some of the cases are ignored, Errored .
I wanted to know where is the logic written which tells it which one to create new Lifecyle Case, which one to ignore and which to Error out
