Order guide not working , "Next" button does not appear when trying to submit in Employee Center.

Hi,

I have an Order Guide created which is accessed in "Employee Center".

1. When I manually search for the Order Guide, I Open the form , I do not see "Next" button when the form loads which is "Describe Needs", I choose a multiple choice even then I do not see a "Next" so I can go to "Choose Options".

2. But When I open the Form by going inside a Topic I see "Next" Button which is Strange.

Please Help?

I'm also experiencing this issue. Employee Service Center and on Yokohama Patch 1a.
