Other topic is on the third place which is to be last

Hi,

I have added "Other" topic with the largest number of order but it is on the third place...

Can I change the order of this?

"その他" is Other topic and the order is 1200 (largest)

However it comes third place.

Pay and Time topic include multiple sub topics and catalog items and so this should be third place I guess.
