The company had changed from SP portal to the ESC portal 3 years ago when we started to subscribe the HRSD pro top over the ITSM.
Now in several months later after 3 years usage, the company considers to drop the HRSD Pro subscription, but keep only ITSM subscription.
I, as an admin, need to move back to the SP IFF we can't use the ESC portal any more after dropping the HRSD Pro.
The company have not used the specific ESC avaiable widget feature like Texanomy/maanage view etc.
It looks the similar to what SP portal had before.
I found that redirect code on SPEntryPage script include to redirect to esc.
But after changing that custom code to redirect to esc.
I can't test out how to check SP portal to see, but always redirect to the ESC portal and
even I set SP as the default during the testing on the DEV instance.
My questions are
1. Do I need to check more to allow both SP portal and ESC portal?
2. Secondly, does anyone let me know if we can use ESC portal withour HRSD subscription?
