Searching in Employee Center Portal

Hello Everyone,

 

We have search sources for Catalog and Knowledge articles. However, search results throwing Knowledge articles at the beginning, but I want that to change to Catalog. When user search, related catalogs should appear first KB articles later. Is there any way to achieve this?

Hello,

You can try with 'Genius results' in Search profile record, it will display matching catalog item on top then articles will be displayed, other than that you can't control this.
