In Employee Center (standard) we've enabled the quick links a level down in our hierarchy. We have three links setup that are all active. They go to different portal pages. None of them are clickable. If you mouse over them nothing happens. The mouse cursor just stays an arrow. In a test I created a fourth link, and it was clickable but the original three are not. If I mark one of the others inactive then the new one is not clickable again.
Things I've done:
- Made sure they were all active.
- Tried zooming in and out of the page content.
- Tried different browsers.
Anyone else seen this behavior?
Additionally, I've made sure snc internal and external users have permission to the link and set the name value pair on it to topic id with its sys id as seen in another post.
I would not be surprised if this was another bug I'll have to report to hiwave.
