I have managed to change the back end view of the pop up but can not find where this pop up lives to change it for the portal view. I have changed the script include and ui macro. I have followed this to change the back end message but cant seem to change the portal message verbiage. https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0862329.

This pointed to the correct answer of updating the message, not the above widget. Instead update the message in the System UI messages.
