Hello,
Would appreciate advice on how to manage transition from ec_dashboard to ec_pro_home page in terms of users who might have saved xxxxxx.service-now.com/esc?id=ec_dashboard as favourite in their browser.
I tested this in sub-prod by first saving the link xxxxxx.service-now.com/esc?id=ec_dashboard as favourite in Edge.
Then I replaced Home page in Service Portal : ec_dashboard (old) to ec_pro_home (new). URL suffix is esc.
If I go to my favourite saved link, obviously currently it opens xxxxxx.service-now.com/esc?id=ec_dashboard.
What would be the best practice to deal with this - to ensure that ec_dashboard is no longer used by users?
Thanks in advance.

Just tested with bookmarks, works fine here. Wonder what makes your situation different?
Do be aware, when using Page Route Maps, the new page to route to is opened, though the URL in your browser visually does not change.
