I went into Rich Content to edit a subtopic page, and when I began creating the components it looked just fine. However, now when I go back into it to try and make updates, the editor window does not work. The UI looks messed up, it won't show any blocks, and basic functions like the scroll bar or back button do not work/appear to be frozen. This is also happening to my platform admin.
I saw another community post from 2022 where it looked like others had run into a similar issue and the resolution was to clear your cache several times. I have tried this to no avail.
Any chance others have come across this issue before and resolved it? We are in Vancouver. Thanks!

We actually have a HI ticket open with a very similar issue - when we click the open in editor button nothing actually loads. And if I'm not mistaken, our issue started happening around the time you posted this. It may just be a coincidence but it seemingly just stopped working for no apparent reason in all of environments at around the same time.

Hi!
I wanted to chime in and say that we also have a HI ticket open for the same issue that Jon mentioned (when we click the open in editor button, nothing actually happens). Hoping to have a resolution ASAP.

Was Content Publishing upgraded recently? Try clearing browser cache, open app in incognito mode.
Please check if there is any error in console.

We had this exact same issue with different clients. It stems from the JavaScript plugin that the rich text editor is using which is GrapeJS. My solution was to clear my browser's cache entirely and if that doesn't work, I either use incognito or use another browser.
This is a problem that needs to get fixed as clients after production move and go-live may not be able to troubleshoot properly and end up gettting frustrated with the product.
Also, my apologies for hijacking this post OP, but the Rich Content (CD) widget does not cycle either when you publish two or more content towards it. I had to create a custom widget to add into the same page as the Rich Content (CD) widget to initialize the carousel cycling, stop the cycling on mouseover, resume cycling on mouseout and set a custom cycling interval.
Please fix this ServiceNow.
