Rich Content Editor Not Loading Properly

I went into Rich Content to edit a subtopic page, and when I began creating the components it looked just fine. However, now when I go back into it to try and make updates, the editor window does not work. The UI looks messed up, it won't show any blocks, and basic functions like the scroll bar or back button do not work/appear to be frozen. This is also happening to my platform admin.

 

I saw another community post from 2022 where it looked like others had run into a similar issue and the resolution was to clear your cache several times. I have tried this to no avail.

 

Any chance others have come across this issue before and resolved it? We are in Vancouver. Thanks!

@Pooja_Patil No upgrade has occurred recently per my knowledge. I tried clearing the browser cache several times and also tried an icognito browser window several times, which didn't work.

We were able to get the content editor to load again by repairing the plugin. Clearing cache did not work for us.

Hi ,
we also faced this exact , we intregated with sharepoint and fecth these artciles .
What we observed , service now is not rendering corretcly these artciles( we raised an HI Ticket for this issue).
resulting CSS overflow and causing the same exact issue as yours.

Create a baseline CSS and amend the css of impacted article with it or use the CSS of perfectly working article.
Note : Take XML export of impcted article or Copy paste the css of impacted into notepad on a safer side
