We cloned the ESC portal to have a specific portal to show only certain catalog services. I added the catalog to the quick links so that the user have direct access. When they open up the service catalog, it shows the order now button at the bottom of the form. Where as in the original esc portal it shows on the right side as separate widget. The url which we used seems to be the same, just the portal prefix changes.
Below is the screenshot of cloned portal, where submit button is shown at the bottom.
The below screenshot is how the order button is shown in OOB.
Kindly guide on how to show button the OOB way rather than at the bottom.
hi @arshad199110 - please check to make sure that the options are selected correctly for 'SC Catalog Item' widget instance on sc_cat_item Page , as below
| Order Item Section on Top | Displays the Order Item widget to the right of the catalog item form. Else, the Order Item widget is displayed below the catalog item form. |
