Hi All,
we are using Search Event table (sys_search_event) to report for the Search strings. But, we have observed that it is not storing all search terms but only the ones which are searched via AI Search (not by normal Zing search) on KB Portal.
Could someone please help to confirm for this behavior and which table we should use to report for all search strings from KB Portal (Knowledge Search).
Thanks
Akansha Gupta
