Service Portal Options

I would like to know how to modify or add new items here (picture).

I know there might be a "technical name" for that list, tried widgets, carousel, bootstrap but no success.

For instance, I want to add the "Incident" title, for external users to track the incidents they created. I went through the designer/ page editor in service portal, but that list seems to be cross rather than set in one page.

Could you help me please? Thanks in advance.

@Walter Ferroli  These are Menu Items.

Go to your portal ( eg : sp portal ), Once you will open the portal, you will see the field called "Main menu", open the main menu "SP Header Menu" , there you will see "Menu Items" , you can add menu items based on your need.

Hello Harsh!

I managed to create a new menu item :), but how do I create the page that it directs to when clicked? Do I have to build a new one for incidents? I 've searched already, but no results. It is difficult to think that SNow hasn´t thought of displaying incidents for external users. Maybe a white elephant is in front of me and I cannot see it.

@Walter Ferroli  You can build page and use the OOTB widget "Simple List Widget" on it.

after that use the page in menu items.

Hello! Managed to copy a Request page and display incidents as well. But, simple list only offers me to show 1 field (preferably "short description"). And, it would be useful for users to know at least status and who has the incident assigned.

I've been scratching my head by cloning "my request" widget, which is similar to what I need, but I cannot understand it at all (as it refers to views and others, and I can´t guess out where the query to the table is done...).

So, I have a Menu Item, I have a page, I have a list of incidents. But, I would like to add at least 2 more fields to it. If I can do so by today, it would be a breakthrough.
